How much does the shipment cost ?

Standard wordlwide delivery is are completely free to any country.

What shipping methods are used ?
  • Orders below US$200: International Registered Airmail offered by India Post.
  • Orders of US$200 and above: Expedited shipping via FedEx Express or DHL.
How much does international shipping cost ?

We offer free international shipping to most of our products via registered airmail, unless a shipping fee is exclusively mentioned on the product listing page. General delivery time for registered airmail is 10 to 45 business days based on the postal infrastructure of your country).

How can i expedite my package delivery ?

If you wish to receive your product past you may opt for expedited delivery service during the checkout process. There will an extra expedited shipping fee billed into your cart during checkout. via expedited shipping your packages are usually delivered withing 3 to 6 business days.

What is the processing time?

Products are shipped within 1 to 2 Business Days.  Most orders placed before 9: 30 AM (Indian Standard Time) are shipped within the same business day. Orders that include a customized products may take a day or 2 extra based on the customization & labor involved.

How much time would it take for the delivery ?
  • Via Registered International Airmail : 80% of our packages are delivered in a average time frame of 12 to 17 days from the shipping date. In certain rare circumstances India Post International Registered Airmail can take up to 60 Business days for the deliveries in your country.
  • Via FedEx : Usually 3 to 4 Business Days.
Is Online Shipment Tracking available ?

Fedex Express (Orders for US$ 200 and above) Orders shipped via Fedex Express will always  have  a online tracking facility worldwide.

International Registered Airmail Indian post (orders up to US$ 200) The online track ability of the package depends on your country’s National Postal service provider.

What to do when a packe does not arrive within 40 days?

If  your packages are  not delivered after 40 days of shipment kindly write to us at info@karmashya.com or on our Contact Us Page. We will place an transit inquiry with the postal service & update you the transit status. The transit Inquiry usually takes 48 to 72 working hours to be completed.

Can I change the shipping address of my order ?

Yes you can. Please inform us within 24 hours in such cases. You can mail us at contact@Karmashya.com or call us at 0091-9686340055. As mentioned earlier, we normally ship in stock items the same day. Hence, please inform as soon as possible.


RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

In how many days can I return the product? What are the conditions?

We have a 7 day free return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. You should keep the item in original packaging and not use it if you do not like. Any used products will not be taken back.

How can I return a product ?

You can mail us at info@karmashya.com or call us on 001-(913)937-7713 and our returns team will help you with the procedure to get the items back to us.We will get back to you with return authorization number. Please make sure you ship the item back along with the original packing within 72 hours of receiving the return authorization number. We request you to send the product by Speed Post or a reliable courier with a tracking number. The shipping charges for returning the product are to be borne by the customer. We are not responsible if the product is damaged or lost. Please pack the product well with protective packaging materials to make sure it is safe during the transit Once we receive the package we will email you the full store credit voucher to purchase any other product from the website. In case you received a damaged product or package lost in postage you will have the option to get full cash refund. Under any other circumstances we will give store voucher only. Also, the exchange will be done once. Exchanged product cannot be returned again.

Who Pays For the return shipping?

Buyer bears the cost of Safe shipping of the item back to us.

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement ?

All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return/replacement: – Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items – Items that have been worn/washed/soiled, Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted

Can I get cash refund for my order ?

We give cash refund only if there is an issue with the product or delivery from our end like damaged products in transit, wrong product or lost in transit etc. In any other case, you will receive store credit only.

I bought a product but it does not fit my size, can I get it replaced ?

Most of our product size are made for size M (MEDIUM) people, but in case you want the product in a size smaller or larger than Size M , we strongly recommend you send us a note during your checkout process. In certain circumstances (not always though) we may request you to pay extra for a bigger size. Alternatively, You can also get the size exchanged within 2 days of the receipt of your product. You can submit replacement request online through Contact Us form, & return us the delivered product, . The return shipment cost will borne by the buyer.

How long will it take to cancel my order ?

We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.

Can I cancel the order after I order ?

Yes you can cancel the order within 24 hours of your order. We normally ship in stock items the same day. Hence, please inform as soon as possible. If the item is shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation request.

What if I choose to have replacement and the product is sold out on Karmashya ?

Replacements are made based on the availability of the product on the website. If the product is not available on the website, we’ll issue you a store credit voucher after we receive the item back.

Do you provide warranty/guarantee for mechandise ?

All our products are authentic and sourced directly from the vendors. In case you received a damaged product we will give full refund. There is no extra warranty associated with the products. If there is any it will be mentioned on the product page.
